If there is a building permit required for my project do you know who to contact and what is needed to acquire that permit? Yes, we are familiar with all local building codes and permits required in the Lake area and can work with the agencies requiring them.
Will you do very small jobs as well as large building and remodeling projects? Yes, it is our policy that there is no job too small or too large.
Are you fully insured? Yes, Contracting Plus LLC is a fully insured company.
Do you only work in the Lake of the Ozark area? No, in fact our building consultants and project managers work around the United States doing building damage consultation and project management.
Do you charge for estimates? No, we never charge for an estimate.
Do you have local references that I can contact? Yes, we can and will supply you with many references.
